Common questions about payment, billing, and plans.

When am I charged?

You're charged immediately when you subscribe. Your VM is provisioned within ~90 seconds of payment. Subsequent charges occur on the same day each month (or year if you chose annual billing).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] or through the Stripe billing portal (link sent in your receipt email). Your agent remains active until the end of the billing period — no immediate cutoff.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within 48 hours of your first payment if you haven't been able to access your agent. Contact [email protected]. We don't offer refunds for renewals or after your agent has been actively used.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. Email [email protected] and we'll update your billing cycle. Switching to yearly will prorate any remaining monthly period.

Is there a free trial?

We don't currently offer a free trial, but at $5.99/month for Basic the barrier to entry is intentionally very low. If your agent isn't working as expected within 48 hours, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
